Dosage and directions for use: Adults: Remove the wrapping from one suppository and insert as far as possible into the rectum, rounded end first. Insert one suppository in the morning, one at night and one after each bowel movement for relief.

Each suppository contains: Yeast Cell Extract 23 mg, Shark Liver Oil 69 mg.
